Total Merchant Concepts' credit card processing system is top-notch. They make it easy for customers to purchase our books online, and I like their system for keeping customers informed of the timeline for receiving their merchandise. Any questions I have are answered promptly.

They even went the extra mile to get me a better rate on processing credit cards because I never had any chargebacks after years. Since we have been working with TMC I can honestly say their customer service team is the best! Whenever you call them with a question, they answer live (which is a big plus in my book), and they have never failed to figure out a problem or question for me with a great attitude. I recently had a follow up call thanking me for taking one of their surveys -- wow, I was really impressed. They also appear to do a great job of taking care of their own team members. Super customer service. I'm always amazed at how nice everyone is. I can call with any questioln, big or small and I'm treated with a smiling voice and issue/question resolved. The phone calls are always promptly answered. I also love they are so close in Vancouver, WA. We are constantly being bothered with offers from other credit card processors. I feel the customer service I have received from TMC far out weighs any discount anyone could offer. I'm stating put!

I can't say enough about Tmc. I switched over after being with Wells Fargo for 10+ years. The level of personalized service, professionalism and efficiency is above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate having a live person to talk to and also the owner being accessible. They are super friendly and have well trained and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this company.
